How it works
In a traditional workplace setting a sick employee would contact their workplace line manager or often leaving a message with a colleague.
With a Day-One system the employee registers the absence to a call centre with one of our professional occupational health providers and the whole ‘return to work’
process is managed by us. Evidence has shown that reduction on absence (particularly short term absence) is significantly reduced by use of this management process.
