You would usually expect around 5% of staff to have some kind of injury issue related to their workstation that requires some complex intervention; this can mean
new equipment, referral for medical treatment or changes to job rolls.
Whatever the intervention it is crucial that a follow-up procedure is put in place and that you are diligent in your duty of care over the employee.
