This 1 day course is designed to give all managers and other employees, who are responsible for investigating and reporting accidents, an improved awareness of the legal
and practical issues related to these tasks.
It provides a full insight into the requirements of the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations (RIDDOR), and so avoid possible legal action
due to failure to report incidents, because of a lack of full awareness.
It should therefore assist organisations in improving standards of Health and Safety; reducing accidents and controlling insurance costs.
